Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leo Mylleri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandre Dumas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alexandre Dumas!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dumas has managed to clinch.
Dumas goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dumas misses with a hook to the ribs.
Mylleri prevents a body shot from Dumas.

Mylleri has hold of one of Dumas's legs. Dumas is fighting the takedown attempt but Mylleri gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Mylleri has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Dumas pulls Mylleri in close to prevent any damage.
We've been hearing good reports from Mylleri's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Mylleri postures up.

Mylleri got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dumas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mylleri has managed to get both his arms back between Dumas's legs - danger averted.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Mylleri scores with a jab to the jaw.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mylleri misses with a left hand
and Dumas counters with a straight right hand.
Dumas keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Dumas closes the distance and clinches.
Stalling in the clinch from Dumas.
Dumas tries to work over Mylleri's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Mylleri misses with a hook to the ribs.
Dumas can't find room to land a body shot as Mylleri controls the action.
Mylleri struggles to land a body shot inside as Dumas controls his hands.
A short uppercut from Mylleri.
Dumas jumps guard but Mylleri stands there with Dumas around his waist. Dumas gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Dumas pulls guard effortlessly.

Mylleri throws a big right hand that misses.
Dumas looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mylleri trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Dumas looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Dumas working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mylleri doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Dumas is tightening it up a little... Mylleri has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Mylleri reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Mylleri taps out! Nice BJJ there by Dumas!
