Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wayne Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Tow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tow shoots in and gets a takedown into Dean's guard.
Tow controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Tow is standing up over Dean. Dean looks to escape but Tow dives into side control.
Tow trying to control the position but Dean is working away.

Tow stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Dean tries to clinch but Tow is having none of it.
Dean looks to land a combination but Tow avoids it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dean wants to clinch.
Tow shoots in for a takedown but Dean shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Dean takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dean.
Tow tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dean defends well and Tow ends up having to push Dean into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Tow stands up and waves to Dean to follow him.
Dean shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tow sprawls well. Tow wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dean gets slowly back to his feet.

Dean closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tow to the mat! Tow manages to get full guard.

Tow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dean.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tow looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tow shoots for a double leg takedown but Dean sprawls well. He's pushed Tow's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Tow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Tow is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dean doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tow.

Tow wants to work for an arm triangle but Dean is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tow is keen to just control but Dean is a slippery customer.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Dean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tow on the ground.

Tow is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dean has managed to free his arm - good work.
Tow wants to control but Dean is keeping him busy.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tow throws a head kick that misses.
Wayne Dean is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Tow looks to score with a jab to the body but Dean is just out of range.
Dean half committed to a counter leg kick.

Tow feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Tow stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Dean ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dean wants to clinch.

Big Tow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Tow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dean's guard.

Tow avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Dean throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Tow escapes and throws Dean's legs to the side, diving into side control!
