Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Allen Lambert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dax Kasutomo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dax Kasutomo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lambert takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lambert misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Kasutomo counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Lambert could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Lambert missing with punches from the bottom.
Lambert has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Lambert is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kasutomo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kasutomo's back!
You can see the frustration on Kasutomo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Lambert is not going to allow Kasutomo to sit and survive in this position.

Lambert keeps control of the position as Kasutomo tries to break free.
Lambert is landing with strikes. Kasutomo can't take much more of this.

Kasutomo is trying to get back to his feet but Lambert has full control of the position and if anything, Kasutomo has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Lambert has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Kasutomo! Can he survive? No! He's out! Lambert gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
