Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trick Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Chappelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Trick Davis has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Trick Davis seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trick Davis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Chappelle!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis tries to bum rush Chappelle with a series of wild strikes but Chappelle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Davis fails in his attempt to clinch.
Davis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chappelle shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Davis but Davis pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Chappelle closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Davis trying to hold on to Chappelle's head to control him but Chappelle postures up.
Chappelle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Chappelle is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Davis is just riding it out for now. Chappelle eventually gives up the hold.
Chappelle prevents Davis from improving his position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chappelle tries to pass to full mount but Davis defends it.
Davis is looking to control Chappelle's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Davis avoid being mounted?
Chappelle blocks the strikes from Davis.
Chappelle wants to pass to mount but Davis is defending the position.
Chappelle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Davis keeps working.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Davis avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Chappelle misses with a double jab.
Davis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Chappelle throws a nice inside leg kick.
Davis lands a hook that stumbles Chappelle back into the cage. Davis follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Chappelle to the canvas! Davis pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Chappelle has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Trick Davis!
