The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab from Holton.
Morgan moves forwards but Holton connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Morgan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Holton.
Holton lands a head kick!
Morgan takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Morgan is rocked!
Morgan stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Holton.
Morgan is still on wobbly legs! Can Holton finish him?
Morgan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Holton as he jumps to the side.
Holton is looking to slow Morgan down with leg kicks.
Morgan seems to have recovered his senses.
Holton feints and then cracks Morgan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Morgan down.
Holton throws a head kick that Morgan semi-blocks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Morgan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Morgan lands in his opponent's guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Holton's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Holton was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Holton feints and then cracks Morgan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Morgan down.
Holton fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Morgan.
Morgan tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Holton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Morgan shoots in but no luck this time.
Rylan Holton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dexter Morgan.
Holton circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Morgan drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Holton follows Morgan to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
