The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Magamedov.
Horrible takedown attempt by Garcia or perhaps it was just good defense by Magamedov, which made it look bad.

Magamedov looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Still in half guard, Magamedov seems content to control.
Let's hope that Magamedov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Magamedov moves nicely into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Garcia trying to control but Magamedov flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Magamedov trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Garcia doesn't escape.
Garcia looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Magamedov scores with punches and elbows.
Magamedov has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Garcia's body.

Magamedov has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Garcia is defending well but eventually Magamedov manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Garcia has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
