The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danger misses with a two punch combination.
Lidstrom throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Lidstrom fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Danger looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Danger takes one to the chin there.
Lidstrom throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Danger sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Danger looks to land a right hand but Lidstrom moved out of range.
Nicklas Lidstrom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lidstrom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Danger manages to avoid it.
Danger looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Danger shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lidstrom eats them both and turns towards Danger to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Danger's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lidstrom connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Danger scrambles back to his feet.

Danger lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lidstrom's sensitive parts.

Lidstrom lunges at Danger with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Danger's hand.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Danger digs a right hand underneath Lidstrom's ribcage. Lidstrom let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Danger tries a knee to the head but Lidstrom blocks it.
Danger escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Danger misses with a hook. Lidstrom ducked under it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Danger has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Danger there as he acknowledges the shot.

Lidstrom feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dangers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A nice combination there by Lidstrom.
Danger is rocked!
Lidstrom drops Danger with a naaaaasty hook - Danger is in real trouble here! Lidstrom dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
