Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJJ Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Holy Diver. Mark Stevenson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn doesn't manage to clinch there - Stevenson circles away.
Penn fails with an attempt to clinch.
Penn looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Stevenson!
Penn controlling the pace for now.
Stevenson is looking to get to half guard.
Penn throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Stevenson is trying to escape the mount.
Penn looking to control but Stevenson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Stevenson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Penn lands a heavy elbow.
Penn cracks Stevenson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Stevenson tries to hold on but Penn pushes him away.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Penn wants to control the pace but Stevenson is squirming around nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Penn has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Stevenson's face.
Penn is landing with some decent strikes but Stevenson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Penn lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Stevenson hang on?
Stevenson wants to control but Penn is having none of it.

Penn has hold of Stevenson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stevenson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Stevenson gets back to half guard.
Penn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stevenson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stevenson gets back to full guard.

Stevenson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Penn is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Stevenson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Penn's back instead.
Stevenson gets his hands free as Penn looks to control.
Penn looks gassed!
Stevenson has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stevenson is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Penn is defending well though. Stevenson let's go of the attempt for now.
Penn tries to break free.
Stevenson working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
You can see the frustration on Penn's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Penn trying to get back to his feet but Stevenson is in full control for now.

Penn is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Stevenson off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Penn controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Penn tries to escape but Stevenson has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Stevenson has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Penn has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Penn looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Stevenson is hanging on to Penn's back as he tries to escape.
Stevenson has got one arm under Penn's chin. This could be trouble... Penn trying to control the other hand but Stevenson gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Penn has tapped out! The fight is over!
