Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frobisher Chaffinch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Ambrose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ambrose has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ambrose needs to keep his hands up - Chaffinch had a free shot at his head there.

Chaffinch throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Ambrose tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Chaffinch is in Ambrose's guard.

Chaffinch throws a big elbow that misses.
Ambrose is still in real trouble! Can Chaffinch finish him?
Chaffinch passes Ambrose's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Chaffinch is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Chaffinch looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ambrose with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
