The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colombo takes a swing at Slice's ribcage but misses.
Chris Colombo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Colombo misses with a series of wild punches.
Colombo misses with a wild combination.
Colombo blocks a head kick by Slice.
Colombo just misses with a punch to the body.
Colombo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Colombo throws a series of punches but Slice avoids them all with ease.
Colombo throws out a loose jab but Slice uses good head movement to avoid it.

Slice feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Colombo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Slice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Slice won't allow Colombo to get back to his feet.
Colombo is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
