Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jerzy Killer!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermansson just misses with a punch to the body.
Hermansson throws a looping overhand right but Killer ducks down to avoid it.

Hermansson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Killer regains guard immediately.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hermansson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Killer is looking to stand up but Hermansson isn't so interested in that idea.
Hermansson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Hermansson throws an elbow that misses. Killer uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hermansson's guard. Nice move by Killer!

Killer darts in and clinches Hermansson up against the cage.

That was a close round but I would say that Jan Olov Hermansson will probably get the nod.

Killer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hermansson is working away from the top position though.
Killer is staying active underneath Hermansson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Killer is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hermansson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hermansson's back!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Killer comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Killer lands a damaging elbow.


Hermansson is rocked!
Killer lands a nice knee to the body.
Oh Hermansson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Killer lands a right hand.
A fake to the body and Killer gets the Thai clinch. He wastes no time and tries to connect with knees to the head. This is dangerous for Hermansson! He should get out! Another devastating knee and Hermansson falls head first to the ground. It's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Jerzy Killer!
A relieved looking Jerzy Killer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
