The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hemp tries to close the distance and clinch but Olson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hemp shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Olson pinned against the cage. Olson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Olson lands an elbow inside that Hemp shrugs off.
Olson jumps guard but Hemp stands there with Olson around his waist. Olson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are getting on Hemp's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.

Hemp is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Olson to keep the fight standing.

Hemp ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hemp no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Olson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hemp has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Olson has managed to get both his arms back between Hemp's legs - danger averted.

Oh but Hemp is tightening it up a little... Olson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight!
