The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sun Fi Li Wei doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Haul counters with a nice uppercut.
Sun Fi Li Wei shoots in for a takedown but Haul shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sun Fi Li Wei fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chang Sun Fi Li Wei. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sun Fi Li Wei looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Haul is fending him off so far but Sun Fi Li Wei persists. Nope, Haul circles away and we're back to standing.

Haul connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Haul shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Haul was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Sun Fi Li Wei manages to get back to half guard.
Sun Fi Li Wei is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Haul's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Haul's back!

Haul really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sun Fi Li Wei. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sun Fi Li Wei working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Haul is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Sun Fi Li Wei has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Haul taps out!
