Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Artic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mills Biek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Artic shoots in for a double leg but Biek sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Artic escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Biek gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Artic is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Biek slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Biek regains half guard, as Artic was trying to land strikes.

A close round but Mills Biek will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Artic had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Biek is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Artic Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Biek's back instead.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Artic is trying to stick to Biek's back but Biek is turning into Artic. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Artic's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Biek.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Biek stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Artic swivels though and keeps the full guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Artic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Biek can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Artic looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Biek has picked Artic up and slammed him! Artic can't keep hold of the triangle and Biek manages to pass to side control!

Biek has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Biek's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Biek jumps guard and drags Artic to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Biek is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Artic dives into side control.

I would just about give that final round to Mills Biek.
Well Biek has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
