The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cartwright shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cartwright showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Cartwright looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Chomp can't hide his disappointment, as Cartwright celebrates the victory.
