Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Garus Vikarian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zwayne Baruk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vikarian has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Garus Vikarian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zwayne Baruk!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vikarian keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Baruk tries to close the distance and clinch but Vikarian swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A slow jab from Vikarian misses its intended target.
Vikarian is breathing heavily.
Vikarian showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Baruk.

Baruk shoots for a double leg takedown but Vikarian sprawls well. He's pushed Baruk's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Vikarian is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Baruk gets his way!
