Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Cartmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sunny Lafeye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cartmen has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Cartmen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sunny Lafeye!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cartmen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Cartmen jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lafeye is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lafeye and Cartmen has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Lafeye is looking to regain half guard here but Cartmen keeps moving and retains side control.
Lafeye wants to get back to his feet but Cartmen drags him back down.
Lafeye gets back to half guard.

Cartmen is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lafeye defends it well.
Cartmen is breathing heavily.
Lafeye is trying to maintain the position but Cartmen is very close to passing his half guard.
Lafeye gets full guard.

Lafeye throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lafeye is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cartmen is controlling him.
Cartmen postures up.
Lafeye is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Cartmen drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lafeye manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cartmen has Lafeye in his guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Lafeye is stalling in the full guard.
Lafeye has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Cartmen is proving hard to escape from.

Cartmen throws his legs up looking for a submission but Lafeye uses it to pass to side control.
Lafeye trying to control the position but Cartmen is working away.
Cartmen is looking to reverse the position.

Lafeye decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Lafeye has Cartmen up against the cage in a clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Lafeye manages to pull guard.

Cartmen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Lafeye manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cartmen is looking to get to half guard.
Cartmen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cartmen tries to get out of the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sunny Lafeye dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Cartmen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lafeye's waist but Lafeye gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cartmen off to one side.
Cartmen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lafeye as he jumps to the side.

Cartmen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lafeye trying to control but Cartmen is working from the bottom.
Lafeye sitting in guard, not really doing much.

Lafeye avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cartmen can't keep his opponent in guard - Lafeye advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Cartmen is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Lafeye pulls his head out easily.
Lafeye is looking to take a break and control but Cartmen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Cartmen has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Lafeye escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Lafeye!
Lafeye is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lafeye passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Cartmen!
Cartmen gets back to half guard.

Cartmen looking for submissions off his back.
Lafeye working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Cartmen looking for a kimura from the bottom but Lafeye passes into side control!
Lafeye is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Cartmen's shoulder. That is not cool.
Cartmen is looking to regain half guard here but Lafeye keeps moving and retains side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lafeye trying to control the action but Cartmen is working from the bottom.
Cartmen is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Lafeye's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Cartmen looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Lafeye passes to full mount!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lafeye looking to control but Cartmen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Cartmen is desperately trying to improve his position but Lafeye has a good base and remains in mount.
Cartmen is bucking up trying to escape but Lafeye cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Cartmen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Cartmen is working hard here to advance position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sunny Lafeye showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Cartmen fails with the takedown
and Lafeye counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Lafeye pushes Cartmen up against the cage in a clinch.

Lafeye tightens his grip and picks Cartmen up, before dumping him to the ground. Cartmen manages to land in guard.
Lafeye pushes down on Cartmen's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Cartmen tries to get to full guard but Lafeye has control of the leg.
Cartmen is not content to let Lafeye control the position.
Lafeye scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Lafeye moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Cartmen.
Lafeye wants to control but Cartmen is keeping him busy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cartmen is trying to improve his position.

Lafeye decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Lafeye pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Lafeye throws a series of punches but Cartmen avoids them all with ease.

Lafeye clinches with his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Lafeye decides to pull guard.

Cartmen drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lafeye dives on top into guard.

Lafeye avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Cartmen pushes a forearm under Lafeye's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Lafeye is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Eric Cartmen!
