Medeiros scores with a one two! Hannibal had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Medeiros throws a right and a left that Hannibal avoids nicely.

and Medeiros counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hannibal! Medeiros lets Hannibal back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Medeiros avoids the body shot from Hannibal.
A quick step to the side and Medeiros tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hannibal shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Medeiros as he jumps to the side.
Hannibal throws a sloppy head kick and Medeiros moves out of range easily.
It looked like Medeiros was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Hannibal misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hannibal is looking to clinch.
Hannibal is trying hard to land a takedown here. Medeiros sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Rodrigo Medeiros has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Hannibal.
Hannibal throws a combination that misses
enabling Medeiros to counter with a crisp jab.
That has opened up Jason Hannibal's cut even more.
Hannibal tries to clinch
and Medeiros counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Hannibal to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Medeiros !

Rodrigo Medeiros decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
