Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyron Mathews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beric Usko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Usko rushes Mathews and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Mathews breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

As Mathews backs off Usko throws a huge counter combo but Mathews manages to avoid it all.

Mathews keeps control of Usko as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Usko jumps guard and drags Mathews to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Mathews drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mathews jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Usko wants to stand and escape but Mathews is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Mathews working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Usko turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Mathews off and cradles Usko's limp body as Mathews celebrates with his corner.
