Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jules Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edison Arantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arantes throws a sloppy head kick and Green moves out of range easily.
Green is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Arantes.

Arantes looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Arantes enables Green to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Arantes manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Green has control of Arantes's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Arantes regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Green is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Arantes can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Green looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Arantes with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

This is a sustained period of stalling by Green.
