Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shelton Petersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Class (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Samuel Class will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shelton Petersen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Samuel Class!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Class moves in looking to clinch but Petersen pushes him off.
Petersen keeps the fight on the outside.
Class tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Petersen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Class throws a right hand that Petersen ducks under and follows up with a left that Petersen also avoids with ease.
Class tries to land a front kick but Petersen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
As Class looks to move away, Petersen throws a big counter combo bu Class just gets out of the way.

Class feints and as Petersen raises his hands in defense, Class changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Petersen is pulling down on Class's head to control his posture.

Petersen looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Petersen wants to hit a switch here but Class passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Petersen there!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Petersen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Petersen is in all sorts of trouble here.
Petersen sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Petersen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Class's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Class's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Class is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Petersen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Petersen is breathing heavily.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Petersen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Petersen seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Class for as long as he can get away with.
