Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jo Roblin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Bogart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bogart has chosen "Dutch National Anthem" by Het Wilhelmus as his entrance music. Jo Roblin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bjorn Bogart!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roblin fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bogart to the ground. Roblin is now in Bogart's guard.
Roblin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Bogart wants to hit a switch here but Roblin passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bogart there!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Roblin ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Roblin no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Roblin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bogart swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Roblin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bogart as he avoids it easily.
Roblin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bogart's waist but Bogart gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roblin off to one side.

Roblin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bogart looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Roblin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Roblin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bogart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Roblin misses with a series of wild punches.
Bogart drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Roblin defends it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Roblin is looking to clinch but Bogart is avoiding it.
It seemed like Bogart was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Roblin lands a left and a right that send Bogart crashing to the mat, dazed. Roblin thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Roblin seems to be stalking Bogart here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Bogart drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

A relieved looking Jo Roblin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
