The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

It looks like Kane Grey has been cut.
Grey closes the distance but Borgas moves to the side
and Borgas counters with a nice uppercut.
Borgas looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

We've been hearing reports that Grey has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Grey tries to clinch up.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Borgas! But no joy.
Borgas lands with an overhand left.

Borgas is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Borgas misses with a jab, cross combination.
Grey is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Borgas.

Grey takes the fight into the clinch.
Borgas tries to circle away but Grey has him pinned against the cage.

Borgas misses with the head strike.
Grey misses with a short punch on the inside.
Grey tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Borgas misses with a hook to the ribs.
Grey lands a body shot.

Borgas wants to break free but Grey has control.

Grey misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Borgas is trying to break free.
Borgas lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Grey backwards.
Grey lands a good knee to the midsection. Borgas won't want to take too many of those.

Borgas tries to keep at a distance but Grey has taken the fight into the clinch.

A frustrated look appears on Borgas's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Grey misses with a hook from the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grey lands a nice uppercut.
Grey tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Borgas manages to break the clinch.

Borgas lands a big right hand that sends Grey crashing to the mat! Borgas stays standing though and waves Grey back to his feet!

Kane Grey's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Grey dives in for a single leg takedown but Borgas sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Grey moves to clinch but Borgas breaks away
and Borgas counters with a left to the body.
Grey is breathing heavily.
Borgas closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Grey! Borgas dives in looking to finish! Grey is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
