Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gorilla Monsoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smokie Rasta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monsoon's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, That's Amore. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Smokie Rasta enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasta lands a leg kick that knocks Monsoon off balance momentarily.
Rasta has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Rasta looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Smokie Rasta has been cut.
Monsoon misses with a lunging right hand
and Rasta counters with a thumping low kick.
Monsoon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rasta moves away.
Monsoon connects with a crisp jab.
Rasta lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
A chopping leg kick lands by Rasta.
A slow jab from Monsoon misses its intended target.
Rasta connects with a solid leg kick.
Rasta throws a body shot but no joy.
Monsoon takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Monsoon takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Monsoon is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rasta dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Crunch! Rasta slams his shin into Monsoon's torso.
Rasta fakes the leg kick and cracks Monsoon in the body.
Monsoon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Rasta lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rasta lands a head kick. Monsoon smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Gorilla Monsoon has been cut.

Rasta lands a big head kick that sends Monsoon tumbling to the mat! Rasta takes a step backwards and waves Monsoon back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Monsoon is rocked!
Rasta delivers a nice body kick.
Rasta thows a body kick. Monsoon tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rasta lands a nice hook to Monsoon's body. Monsoon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rasta keeps Monsoon at a distance using the push kick.
Rasta misses the shot to the body.

Rasta lands a big head kick that sends Monsoon tumbling to the mat! Rasta takes a step backwards and waves Monsoon back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Rasta throws a quick inside leg kick.
Good leg kick by Rasta there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Rasta.
Monsoon throws a right hand that misses
and Rasta counters with a nice leg kick.
Rasta pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Monsoon throws a lazy right hand but Rasta sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Monsoon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rasta throws a nice inside leg kick.
Monsoon swings widly with a right hand
and Rasta counters with a body kick that stops Monsoon in his tracks momentarily.

Rasta lands a left and a right that send Monsoon crashing to the mat, dazed. Rasta thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Monsoon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rasta misses with a series of wild punches.

Rasta lands a big uppercut and Monsoon crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Monsoon looks OK. Rasta waves Monsoon back to his feet!
Rasta lands an uppercut, right on the button! Monsoon tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Smokie Rasta!
After winning the bout, Smokie Rasta thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
