Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Etienne Cramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luka Kul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Luka Kul!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kul fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Kul misses with the combination.

Kul pushes Cramer up against the cage in a clinch.
Cramer tries for a takedown but Kul manages to get underhooks.
Cramer has Kul pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kul manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Kul breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cramer moves forwards but Kul connects with a nice, crisp jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kul drops Cramer with a beautiful combination! Cramer stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kul is looking for the KO!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kul darts in and clinches Cramer up against the cage.

Kul gets control of Cramer's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kul will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Cramer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kul walks away with a smile on his face. Cramer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Cramer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kul pushes down on Cramer's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Kul is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Kul stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Cramer to get to his feet.

Kul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cramer manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

I would just about give that final round to Luka Kul.
Well Kul has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
