The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godehard will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Godehard throws a right hand that Cierpka ducks under and follows up with a left that Cierpka also avoids with ease.
Cierpka drives through with a takedown into guard.
Cierpka slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Cierpka is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Godehard is trying to escape and Cierpka transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Godehard is forced to tap! Nice work there by Cierpka! Very nice indeed!
