Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Barney Rumble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Firas Qabbani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumble comes to the cage accompanied by Queens of the Stone Age - My God is the Sun . Barney Rumble has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Firas Qabbani!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble blocks a leg kick.
Rumble fails in his attempt to clinch.
Rumble on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Qabbani. Qabbani obviously looking to wear him down.
Qabbani cracks Rumble with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Qabbani throws a head kick but Rumble moves out of range.
Rumble is looking to counter punch.
Rumble throws a leg kick which misses Qabbani's front leg but catches the back leg as Qabbani tries to avoid it.
Barney Rumble seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Qabbani moves out of range as Rumble strikes.
Qabbani lands a head kick. Rumble smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Rumble looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rumble tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Qabbani was well out of range. Poor timing from Rumble.
Qabbani moves forwards but Rumble connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Firas Qabbani has been cut.
Qabbani lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Rumble turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Qabbani ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Qabbani follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rumble misses with an uppercut. Qabbani saw that one coming.
Rumble throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Qabbani swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Rumble tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Rumble throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Qabbani with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rumble missing with a left hand there. Qabbani was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Qabbani was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Rumble lands a nice looking kick to the body. Qabbani takes a step back to recover.
Qabbani lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A head kick misses from Qabbani.
Good leg kick by Rumble there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Rumble connects with a solid leg kick.
Qabbani tries to score with a low kick but Rumble moves his leg out of the way.
Qabbani throws a head kick that Rumble semi-blocks.
Qabbani is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rumble.
Rumble attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Rumble swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Rumble throws an overhand right that lands on Qabbani's shoulder, as Qabbani tries to avoid the shot.
Qabbani blocks a jab.
Rumble keeps Qabbani at a distance using the push kick.
Rumble waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Qabbani.
Qabbani checks a low kick from Rumble.
Qabbani uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rumble.
Qabbani sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
A solid leg kick lands there for Qabbani.
Rumble misses with a few strikes there.
Qabbani checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Rumble misses with a looping left.
Nice defenses there by Qabbani.
Rumble lands a nice looking kick to the body. Qabbani takes a step back to recover.
Qabbani throws a leg kick but Rumble moved away.
Rumble misses with a low kick.
Qabbani raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Decent striking displayed by Rumble there.
Rumble's corner calls for a 1-2. Rumble obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Qabbani throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Rumble takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Qabbani on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That has opened up Firas Qabbani's cut even more.
Qabbani throws a sloppy head kick and Rumble moves out of range easily.
Qabbani thumps Rumble with a low kick.
Rumble lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Qabbani crumples to the floor! Rumble milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

After winning the bout, Barney Rumble thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
