Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asanov scores with a decent looking hook.
Asanov closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Leidner closes the distance and clinches up with Asanov, looking for a takedown. Leidner pushes Asanov against the cage but Asanov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Asanov throws a good cross that connects.
Leidner walks into a jab.
Ivan Asanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leidner throws a body shot but no joy.
Asanov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Asanov lands a jab to the nose.
Leidner on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Leidner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Leidner is defended easily by Asanov.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Asanov clobbers Leidner with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Asanov throws a jab but it's blocked by Leidner.
Asanov scores with a nice strike.
Leidner ducks under a wild hook from Asanov.
Asanov throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Asanov cracks Leidner with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Asanov misses with a wild body shot.
Leidner closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Asanov to the mat! Asanov manages to get full guard.
Asanov wants to get back to his feet but Leidner passes into half guard.
Asanov is trying to stand up here but Leidner is controlling him well.
Asanov scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Leidner manages to mount him!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Leidner cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Asanov wants to try and get back to his feet.
Asanov can't escape the position.
Leidner controlling the position easily from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Asanov is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Leidner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Leidner is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Leidner!
