Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lord Set (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristan West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). West comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bulls on Parade kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by West or perhaps it was just good defense by Set which made him look bad.
Set fails with the takedown
and West counters with a nice body kick.
Set looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? West is fending him off so far but Set persists. Nope, West circles away and we're back to standing.
Set throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around West's waist but West gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Set off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lord Set. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Set fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Set closes the distance and clinches up with West, looking for a takedown. Set pushes West against the cage but West circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lord Set seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
West wants to get back to striking at distance but Set won't allow it.

West shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
West has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Set's face.
Set throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
BOOM! West connects with a massive shot to the dome!

West has hold of Set's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Set manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

West jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Set manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Set is trying to strike from the bottom but West has passed into full mount.
West controlling the position easily from mount.
Set is looking to get to half guard.
The referee warns Set that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Set is desperately trying to improve his position but West has a good base and remains in mount.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
West can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Set is looking to escape.
West is landing with some decent strikes but Set is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
West lands a big shot there that rocks Set but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Set knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for West on the ground.

West throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Set stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

West explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for West. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
West misses with the combination.
West scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Set doesn't seem bothered though.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

West cracks Set with a good jab.
Tristan West seems to be getting the better of the standup.

West forces Set back against the cage and clinches.
Set drops down looking for an ankle pick but West pulls his leg out and moves away.

West shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than West was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
