Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maki Pulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pulu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alive. Maki Pulu has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Pulu. Those never looked like landing.
Cooper lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Cooper walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Cooper with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pulu to score with a decent uppercut.
Pulu throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Pulu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Pulu connects with a looping right hand.
Cooper is rocked!
Pulu lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Cooper up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Pulu from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Cooper's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Maki Pulu!
An out of breath Maki Pulu thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
