Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Horne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Dilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ezekiel Horne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Greg Dilly!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dilly clinches up against the cage.

Dilly lands a takedown into guard.
Horne bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dilly's guard.

Horne trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dilly's guard.
Dilly working a defensive guard here.
Horne throwing strikes but missing.
Horne has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Horne accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horne throwing strikes but missing.
Dilly wants to sweep here but Horne controlling him for the moment.

Dilly controlling the position.

Dilly throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Dilly really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Horne. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dilly is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dilly pulls Horne in close to prevent any damage.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Dilly swats away the attempt to clinch by Horne.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dilly closes the distance and pushes Horne back into the cage.
Horne lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Dilly jumps guard.
Horne cracks Dilly with a solid left hand.
Horne lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Dilly utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dilly not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dilly looking for a sweep. Not yet Dilly, not yet.
Horne won't allow Dilly to get back to his feet.
Horne makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Dilly will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Dilly has a closed guard, preventing Horne from standing up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Horne tries to keep at a distance but Dilly has taken the fight into the clinch.
Horne scores with a nice hook to the head.

The referee calls for Dilly to work.

Dilly pulls Horne into guard.
Dilly utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Dilly looking to hit a scissor sweep but Horne is one step ahead there.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

A head kick by Dilly misses
and Horne counters with a one-two to the body.
Dilly moves in looking to clinch but Horne pushes him off.

Dilly closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Horne quickly recovers to half guard.

Dilly is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Horne is looking to get to half guard.

Dilly misses with a head shot.
A nice elbow there by Dilly.
Horne is trying desperately to improve position.
The referee warns Horne that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Dilly trying to control but Horne is having none of it.
Horne wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dilly.
Dilly has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Dilly controlling his opponent.

Dilly goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Horne is on top in guard.
Horne lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Horne won't allow Dilly to sweep him here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Horne accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Dilly lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Dilly forces his way into half guard.
Dilly with the ground and pound but Horne uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Dilly preventing the sweep.

Dilly engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Dilly with a flurry of punches that miss.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Horne keeping moving, preventing Dilly from controlling successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Greg Dilly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Horne shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dilly defends it nicely.
Dilly keeps the fight on the outside.

Dilly clinches up with Horne and pushes him back against the cage.
Horne wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Horne has Dilly pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dilly manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Horne misses with a hook to the ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dilly scores with a shoulder strike.

Horne pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horne takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Dilly scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Dilly wants to control but Horne is keeping him busy.
Horne stops Dilly from passing to mount.
Dilly scores with a couple of short elbows.
Dilly creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Horne sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Horne is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Dilly throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Horne tries to get to full guard but Dilly has control of the leg.
Dilly is thwarting Horne's attempts to control the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Horne looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Dilly wants to free his trapped foot but Horne is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Horne tries to roll over but Dilly keeps him under control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Dilly feints and as Horne raises his hands in defense, Dilly changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dilly wants to pass the guard but Horne is keeping the position.
Dilly wants to control from the top but Horne keeps moving.
Dilly must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dilly engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Dilly pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Horne is keeping the position for now.
Horne controls Dilly momentarily but Dilly frees himself.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Dilly won't allow Horne to sweep him here.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

And that's the end of the fight!
Greg Dilly comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Dilly winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
