Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alexandre Moraes!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Moraes is defended easily by Patterson.
Patterson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Patterson works Moraes's body with a nice hook.
Moraes moves to clinch but Patterson breaks away
and Patterson counters with a one-two to the body.
Moraes on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Moraes slips a jab and a cross from Patterson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Patterson cracks Moraes with an open hand slap.
Patterson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Moraes tries to move into range but Patterson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moraes tries to clinch up.
Moraes drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Patterson throws a nice looking combination but Moraes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Patterson thuds his right hand into Moraes's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Patterson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Moraes's hands.
Moraes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Moraes takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Moraes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Patterson but Patterson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Patterson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Ted Patterson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexandre Moraes.
Moraes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Patterson finds it's way round the side to connect with Moraes's head.
Patterson lands with a nice body punch.
Patterson catches Moraes with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Patterson misses the shot to the body.
Moraes wants to counter the offense by Patterson and move into the clinch position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moraes takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Patterson scores with a nice right hand.
Moraes is rocked!
Moraes misses with a double jab.
Moraes is still on wobbly legs! Can Patterson finish him?
Patterson fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Moraes to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Moraes looks to clinch but Patterson throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Moraes taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
