Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Erkki Elastinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aimo Pamaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elastinen comes into the arena with Cascada - Dangerous blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Pamaus throws a chopping leg kick but Elastinen manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Nice defenses there by Elastinen.
Elastinen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pamaus swivels and escapes.
Elastinen shoots for a takedown but Pamaus saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Pamaus enables Elastinen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pamaus manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Elastinen jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Pamaus is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Pamaus and Elastinen has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Elastinen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pamaus is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
