Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between elvis manuel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Lucretia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucretia is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Bleeding. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
manuel throws a series of punches but Lucretia moves out of range.
Lucretia cracks manuel with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

manuel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lucretia gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lucretia stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. manuel swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lucretia decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
manuel throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lucretia lands a nice leg kick that just misses manuel's sensitive parts.

A jab-cross combination lands for manuel and sends Lucretia crashing to the mat! manuel follows him down to the mat - Lucretia regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

manuel is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lucretia is just riding it out for now. manuel eventually gives up the hold.

manuel looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lucretia has picked manuel up and slammed him! manuel can't keep hold of the triangle and Lucretia manages to pass to side control!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
