The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darrow thuds his shin into the meat of Tinker's side.
Darrow misses with a body shot.
Darrow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tinker looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Darrow swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Good leg kick by Darrow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Darrow ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Darrow scores with the left hand. Tinker knows he should have avoided that one.
Darrow throws a nice inside leg kick.
Tinker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tinker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Darrow's waist but Darrow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tinker off to one side.
Darrow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Darrow fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Tinker shoots in for a double leg but Darrow sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
A counter left hand to the body from Darrow misses its target.
Brochan Darrow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phil Tinker.
Darrow digs a good body shot into Tinker's ribs.
Darrow moves out of range of the body kick.

and Darrow counters with a stiff right hand.
Darrow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tinker stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tinker shoots in but Darrow avoids the takedown attempt easily.
We've been hearing reports that Darrow has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Darrow is looking to wear down Tinker with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Darrow clobbers Tinker with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Darrow throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tinker on the side of the head.

Darrow pushes off an throws an elbow but Tinker leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Darrow tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Tinker avoids it.

Darrow throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Tinker blocks it with crossed arms.

Darrow lands an elbow inside that Tinker shrugs off.
Darrow creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Tinker's defenses.

Tinker should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Darrow unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Tinker! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Darrow is unloading with more strikes now! Tinker drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
