Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Poulter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jensen Saint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saint is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bad Company - Holy Water. Jensen Saint is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 25 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jensen Saint!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Saint fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Poulter manages to avoid it.

Saint closes the distance and clinches up with Poulter, looking for a takedown. Saint pushes Poulter against the cage but Poulter circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Our spies down at at Malicious Intent Gym inform us that Saint has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Saint has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Poulter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Poulter postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Saint is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Poulter, into his guard.

Poulter wants to get back to his feet but Saint is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Saint is looking to work some ground and pound but Poulter has wrist control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Saint is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Poulter is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Poulter has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close round but I would say that Paul Poulter will probably get the nod.

Jensen Saint showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

I would just about give that final round to Jensen Saint.
