Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Segurado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbie Rousey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Pablo Segurado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Robbie Rousey!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rousey pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Segurado back to the cage. Rousey follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Rousey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Segurado is fending him off so far but Rousey persists. Nope, Segurado circles away and we're back to standing.
Rousey looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Segurado thinks about countering with a head kick.
We've been told by Segurado's head coaches at Cozad The Island that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Rousey shoots for a double leg takedown but Segurado sprawls well. He's pushed Rousey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Segurado is looking to counter with head kicks.
Pablo Segurado has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robbie Rousey.
Rousey drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Segurado bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rousey dives in and grabs Segurado's left leg, looking for a takedown. Segurado pushes down on Rousey's head and hops out.
Segurado blocks a low kick nicely.
And Segurado counters with a quick kick to the body but Rousey blocks it.
Segurado gets a double leg takedown into Rousey's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Segurado drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Segurado jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Segurado postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rousey is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Segurado, into his guard.
Rousey wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Segurado's closed guard. He's half up but Segurado has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Segurado pivots and extends the arm, Rousey falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Segurado! Well done that man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Pablo Segurado!
Pablo Segurado spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
