The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kovalev connects with a nice short shot to Beckham Jr's temple.
Beckham Jr is staying active underneath Kovalev, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

A relieved looking Peter Kovalev thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
