Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 12 - 2, fighting out of New York, Rufus McTearson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Immanuel closes the distance but McTearson moves to the side
and McTearson counters with a stiff right hand.
McTearson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Immanuel has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Immanuel there as he acknowledges the shot.
Immanuel takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
McTearson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Immanuel moves away.
Immanuel throws a jab when McTearson was well out of range.
Immanuel misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McTearson.
Immanuel misses with a looping left.
Immanuel uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from McTearson.
Immanuel is looking to clinch but McTearson is avoiding it.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Immanuel.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McTearson scores with the left hand. Immanuel knows he should have avoided that one.
Immanuel moves out of range as McTearson strikes.
Immanuel lands a nice looking body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Immanuel throws a body kick that misses
and McTearson counters with a good low kick that Immanuel was not able to check.
Immanuel walks straight into a right hand from McTearson - that's dropped him! McTearson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Immanuel from any more punishment! Immanuel complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
