Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leeroy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Desean Bryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by Rock On. Desean Bryant has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Desean Bryant!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Dean Styles and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bryant fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
We've been told by Jenkins's head coaches at Weed Nation that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jenkins feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bryants jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jenkins dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bryant. That did some damage!

Jenkins gets caught flat footed, as Bryant shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bryant trying to control the position from guard on top but Jenkins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bryant stands up from Jenkins's guard - Bryant perhaps looking for a knockout.

Bryant shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bryant was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jenkins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bryant has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Bryant darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Bryant tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bryant has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Jenkins tries to improve position but can't.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bryant is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jenkins knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Jenkins scores with a head kick. Bryant tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

The referee asks Bryant politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bryant prefers to stall for the moment though.

Bryant lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Jenkins down.

Bryant is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jenkins has escaped the position, nice work there.

Bryant stands up and beckons Jenkins to his feet.

Bryant closes the distance and pushes Jenkins back into the cage.

Bryant has picked Jenkins up - he's going for a ride! Bryant dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Poor strikes thrown by Bryant there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Bryant has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Jenkins lands a slapping body shot.
Bryant changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jenkins tries to avoid it but Bryant manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jenkins to the ground. Jenkins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Jenkins fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bryant just manages to avoid it.

Bryant throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jenkins tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bryant is in Jenkins's guard.

Bryant stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jenkins swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bryant accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Leeroy Jenkins has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
