Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Felicito Vicente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masa Mune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vicente comes to the cage accompanied by Taya by GreyhoundzzZZ. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Masa Mune!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicente misses with a straight left.
Mune cracks Vicente with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Vicente avoids the body shot from Mune.
Mune just misses with a punch to the body.
Mune throws an overhand right that lands on Vicente's shoulder, as Vicente tries to avoid the shot.
Vicente throws out a powerful jab.
Vicente looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Mune shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vicente as he jumps to the side.
Mune lands a jab to Vicente's midsection.
An inside leg kick from Mune misses.
Vicente throws a leg kick but Mune sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mune misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vicente.
Vicente throws a counter high kick but Mune was just alert enough to avoid it.

Vicente tries to sprawl but Mune drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mune content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Vicente gets back to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mune trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Mune working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Vicente pulls Mune in close to prevent any damage.
Vicente working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mune.
Mune trying to control the position from guard on top but Vicente is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Vicente had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mune defends it easily.
Vicente is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Mune is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Mune wants to control from the top but Vicente keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mune throwing strikes but missing.
Mune works over Vicente with some ground and pound from guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mune accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Vicente will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Vicente working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mune doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mune manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vicente wants to sweep here but Mune controlling him for the moment.
Vicente has momentary wrist control but Mune slips an elbow through the middle.
Mune controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Mune got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vicente has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mune has managed to get both his arms back between Vicente's legs - danger averted.

Mune with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Oh Vicente is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mune postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Vicente covers up, he's hurt! Mune keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Mune and the ref steps in to end the fight! Mune can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
