Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Derek Kane!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todd jabbing away but nothing is landing.

and Kane decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Todd's guard.

Todd looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Kane is looking to advance position but Todd won't allow it.
Kane wants to lay and pray for a moment but Todd keeps working.

Kane is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Kane looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Todd with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
