Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ott Blatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall is looking to slow Blatt down with leg kicks.
Blatt wants to clinch up but Hall keeps it at a distance.
Nice takedown defense from Blatt. No joy for Hall on that attempt.
Good leg kick by Hall there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Blatt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hall throws a good cross that connects.
Blatt throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Blatt fails to land the takedown.
Blatt shoots for a takedown but Hall saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Blatt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Blatt can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Blatt wanted to stand there but Hall had control of the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Hall is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Blatt pulls his head out easily.

Hall decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Blatt, up you get!
Blatt chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hall can pounce on him.
A thudding body kick lands there by Hall!
Hall throws a looping overhand right but Blatt ducks down to avoid it.
Hall buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hall tries a head kick but it misses.
Hall throws a right and a left that Blatt avoids nicely.
Blatt falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hall counters with a low kick, right behind Blatt 's knee.

A close round but Ott Blatt will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Hall goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Hall lands with a nice combination. Blatt backs away looking to recover.
Hall lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Hall tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Blatt throws a hook to the side of Hall's head but Hall sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Blatt counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hall won't be happy with that.
Hall is not content to let Blatt control the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blatt decides to stand back up. Blatt steps back and let's Hall get back to his feet.

Hall drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Hall wants to lay and pray for a moment but Blatt keeps working.

Blatt is trying to control Hall's posture but Hall avoids it.

Hall stands up and we're back to a striking position.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hall. That's going to slow Blatt down.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Hall scores with a nice body kick.
Hall tries to close the distance and clinch but Blatt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hall lands with a kick to the ribs.

Hall is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hall feints and then cracks Blatt's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Blatt down.
Blatt avoids the head kick by Hall.
Blatt swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice body kick there by Hall.
Hall throws a nice looking combination but Blatt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Blatt throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Both fighters circling a little - Hall finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

and Blatt counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hall's guard now.

Blatt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hall tries to avoid it but Blatt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hall to the ground. Hall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Blatt closes the distance and clinches up with Hall, looking for a takedown. Blatt pushes Hall against the cage but Hall circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ken Hall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ott Blatt.

Hall fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Blatt.

Hall is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Blatt is controlling him.

Hall wriggles free and stands up.

Hall swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Hall cracks the inside of Blatt's front leg.
Hall throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blatt's waist but Blatt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hall off to one side.
Hall shoots in looking for a takedown. Blatt tries to sprawl out of it but Hall keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blatt manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hall looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hall is looking to take a break and control but Blatt is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
