Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Combo King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Combo King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Juan Torres!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King instigates a clinch.
King lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Torres tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Torres tries to pull guard but King forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Torres tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

King breaks from the clinch.
No joy there for King, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

King moves into the clinch.
King lands with a short shot to the head.
King lands with a left to the head.
King effectively controlling the action here.
Torres tries to pull guard but King forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Combo King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juan Torres.

King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
King misses with a jab, cross combination.
King misses the jab.

King moves into range and clinches up with Torres.

That's one minute gone in the round.
King is pushing Torres up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Torres wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but King has him pressed against the cage.
Torres is trying to break the clinch but King is controlling him.
Torres fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Torres drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Torres has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. King avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Combo King is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Torres is looking to clinch but King is avoiding it.
Torres fails in his attempt to clinch.
King scores with a decent looking hook.
King scores with a jab to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Torres dives in and grabs King's left leg, looking for a takedown. King pushes down on Torres's head and hops out.
King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Torres moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
King's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and King duly obliges.

Torres is rocked!
King walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Torres drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! King swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Torres's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
