Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pelle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Virne moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Virne tries to clinch but Pelle is having none of it.
Pelle sizes up Virne with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Jarppi Virne has been cut.
Virne takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Virne shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pelle pinned against the cage. Pelle gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pelle lands a nice hook to Virne's body. Virne takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pelle swats away the attempt to clinch by Virne.
Oooooh!!! Pelle has knocked Virne down with a huge combo! Pelle steps away and waves a wobbly Virne back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Pelle counters with a crisp right hand that drops Virne! Pelle lets Virne back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Virne tries to clinch but Pelle moves out of range.
Pelle defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Virne.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarppi Virne. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Pelle misses with a few strikes there.
As Pelle looks to move away, Virne throws a big counter combo bu Pelle just gets out of the way.
Pelle has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Pelle lands a big uppercut and Virne crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Virne looks OK. Pelle waves Virne back to his feet!
Virne is rocked!
Jarppi Virne's cut is getting worse.
Virne switches off momentarily and Pelle cracks him with a monster right hand! Virne topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Pelle dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Pelle!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Amis Pelle!
In his post fight interview, Amis Pelle started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
