Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malik Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lester Cruise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lester Cruise will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cruise manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Cruise looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Turner is in close to Cruise's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Turner distracts Cruise with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Turner keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cruise's head.
Turner postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Turner pushes down on Cruise's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Turner working over Cruise with some ground and pound. Cruise looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Cruise is still in real trouble! Can Turner finish him?
Turner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Turner lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Cruise! More strikes land and this one is all over! Turner jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
