Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glorious Superior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilson Wills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilson Wills will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Glorious Superior!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wilson Wills!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wills dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Superior. That did some damage!
Wills attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Wills steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Superior.
Wills connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Superior works Wills's body with a nice hook.

Wills closes the distance and clinches.
Wills misses with a short punch on the inside.
Superior blocks a body shot from Wills.
Superior working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Superior lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Superior is trying to maintain a safe position but Wills gets an underhook and turns Superior into the cage.
Wills misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Superior can't find room to land a body shot as Wills controls the action.
Wills lands a hook to the side of the head.
Wills lands a body punch.
A right hook to the body lands for Superior.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Superior blocks an uppercut.
Wills struggles to land a body shot inside as Superior controls his hands.
Superior has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Wills after a bit of a struggle.

Wills misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Wills successfully pulls guard.

Wills looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Superior passes into side control.
Wills really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Superior. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Superior looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Superior tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Superior has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Superior goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Wills rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Superior's guard! Nice work there by Wills!
Superior seems keen to control Wills's posture.

Wills drops back looking for a leg! Superior is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Superior manages to kick Wills off! Wills jumps back into Superior's guard.

Superior is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Wills pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Superior is keeping the position for now.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Wills works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Superior moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Wills is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Superior is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Superior has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close round but I would say that Glorious Superior will probably get the nod.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Glorious Superior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wilson Wills.

Superior slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Superior pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wills is keeping the position for now.
Wills is pulling down on Superior's head to control his posture.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wills is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Superior is aware though and is defending well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Superior is pushing down on Wills's leg trying to pass to half guard. Wills is fighting to maintain full guard but Superior has managed to sneak the leg through.

Superior is looking for a kimura but Wills is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Superior to get the leverage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Superior is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Superior is looking to take a break and control but Wills is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wills can do anything to dispel that myth.
Superior passes the guard and advances to mount!

Wills defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Superior.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Superior with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.

Superior has control of Wills's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wills regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Wills has left one of his arms exposed and Superior doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Wills screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Glorious Superior!
