The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Gacov as DaDon shoots in.
Gacov steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from DaDon.
Gacov wants to clinch.
Gacov lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gacov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
DaDon keeps the fight on the outside.
DaDon appears to be looking for a big counter.
DaDon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

DaDon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gacov, pushing him back against the cage.

Gacov jumps guard and drags DaDon to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Gacov controls DaDon momentarily but DaDon frees himself.

DaDon decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gacov, up you get!

A shot to the liver by DaDon. Beautiful body shot.
DaDon throws a head kick but Gacov moves out of range.
Gacov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
DaDon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gacov checks a leg kick nicely.
DaDon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from DaDon.
DaDon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gacov.
Gacov misses with a takedown attempt - DaDon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Polo DaDon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baco Gacov.

A little jabbing left from Gacov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

DaDon sets himself, and Gacov steps forward looking for the clinch! DaDon avoids it this time.
Gacov shoots in for a takedown but DaDon shows good takedown defense.

Gacov tries to clinch up but DaDon circles away and keeps his distance.
Gacov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. DaDon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
DaDon dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gacov avoids the head kick by DaDon.
Gacov misses with a body kick.
Gacov shoots for a takedown but DaDon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

DaDon sets himself, and Gacov steps forward looking for the clinch! DaDon avoids it this time.
DaDon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
DaDon scores with a shot to the body.
Gacov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has DaDon pinned against the cage. DaDon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
DaDon looks to land a combination. Gacov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Polo DaDon dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Gacov is trying hard to land a takedown here. DaDon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Polo DaDon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Gacov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in DaDon's guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. DaDon manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Gacov breaks from the clinch.
DaDon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gacov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
DaDon is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
A head kick misses from DaDon.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
DaDon takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A punch lands to the side of Gacov 's head but he takes it in his stride.
DaDon is looking to wear down Gacov with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Gacov.
Gacov is breathing heavily.
DaDon is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gacov is controlling him well.

DaDon is not content to let Gacov control the position.
DaDon is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gacov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
DaDon is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gacov is controlling him well.

Gacov has hold of DaDon's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! DaDon tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gacov cranks the arm and DaDon screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from DaDon, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
