Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teste Teste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teste scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Teste lands a nice looking body shot.
Silva takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Silva darts in looking for a takedown but Teste gets double underhooks and turns Silva into the cage.
Teste wants to counter with a clinch but Silva pushes him away.
Teste avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Teste moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.
Silva tries to counter with a takedown but Teste is quick to defend against it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Teste looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Teste ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva clinches up against the cage.
Teste misses with a short punch on the inside.
Silva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Teste is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Silva tries to circle away but Teste has him pinned against the cage.
Teste lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Teste fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Teste swings wildly with an uppercut but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silva tries to pull guard but Teste won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Thiago Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Teste tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

and Teste counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Thiago Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Teste lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Silva up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Teste from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Silva's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
