The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Que Da Certo lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Gouveia bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Que Da Certo is looking for a sweep.
Gouveia in side control lands a decent elbow.

Gouveia looks up at the clock and then as Que Da Certo takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Gouveia smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Gouveia has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Que Da Certo takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Gouveia is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Que Da Certo looks calm but he's in trouble here. Gouveia gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Que Da Certo is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Gouveia lets go of the hold and Que Da Certo can pop his arm back in it's socket.
